📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree/HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- •Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI or equivalent is an advantage.
- •Minimum 5 years' relevant HR experience, preferably with demonstrated managerial/supervisory experience.
- •Previous experience in the real estate and/or construction industry is highly preferred.
- •Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and Nigerian labour practices.
- •Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- •Strong administrative and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
- •Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information/documentation systems.
- •Must demonstrate maturity, confidentiality, integrity, professionalism, and sound judgement.
