We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at a great career.
DipSkill was built for the student teaching themselves to code at 2am, the professional pivoting industries mid-career, and the job seeker who just needs one good break.
From a spreadsheet of job leads to a full career platform.
DipSkill started small: a shared spreadsheet of job openings passed between a handful of friends who had just graduated into a tough market. Watching each other struggle with generic resume templates, confusing tax paperwork, and job boards that did not understand entry-level candidates, we decided to build something better ourselves.
Today that spreadsheet has grown into a full platform, courses, a real job board, a resume builder people enjoy using, and practical tools for the everyday questions careers throw at you. The mission has not changed though: make the path from "I want to grow" to "I got the job" as short as possible.
To remove every unnecessary barrier between someone's ambition and their next opportunity, one skill, one application, one resume at a time.
Our values
Integrity
Honest advice over hype, even when the honest answer is that you are not ready yet.
Growth
We build for people who are always levelling up, and we try to model that ourselves.
Community
Careers move faster with people rooting for you. We try to be that, at scale.
Momentum
Small, consistent progress beats big plans that never ship. We build the same way.
