Interview Preparation
Practise the questions Nigerian employers ask most, learn how to structure strong answers, and rehearse out loud with a timer before the big day.

How it works
Use the STAR method so every answer has a clear situation, action and result.
Filter the question bank by category and level, then read what interviewers are looking for.
Answer out loud in under two minutes and check yourself against a short review list.
Question bank
Try another category or clear the search.
The STAR method
Behavioural questions ask for proof. STAR keeps your story short, specific and focused on what you did.
Example: “Our month-end close took nine days (S). I was asked to speed it up (T). I built a reconciliation checklist and automated two reports in Excel (A). We now close in six days (R).”
Practice mode
Pick a question, press start, and answer as if the interviewer is in front of you.

Questions to ask them
Asking thoughtful questions shows interest. Tap one to copy it.
Aim for one to two minutes for most answers. “Tell me about yourself” should be about 90 seconds. Stop when you have shared the result.
Research the typical range for the role and city first. Give a range rather than a single figure, and say you are open to discussing the full package.
Dress one level above the company's everyday style. For banks, consulting and oil & gas, a suit is safest. For tech and start-ups, smart casual is usually fine.
Take a moment, be honest, and explain how you would find the answer or approach the problem. Interviewers value clear thinking over guessing.
