📋 Requirements
- •B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or any related field.
- •Masters Degree will be an added advantage.
- •Minimum 12 years of consistent/progressive experience in a structured medium to large scale company with diverse businesses in Manufacturing, banking, real estate, Agro-business, Capital market, fintech etc.
- •Must be between the Age ranges of 37-47years.
- •Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages e.g.
- •Word, Excel, Sage or any other HR Software packages.
