📋 Requirements
- •First Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- •3–5 years of relevant experience in computer hardware support, including server and printer maintenance.
- •Strong knowledge of computer hardware, server systems, storage devices, printers, copiers, and hardware diagnostic tools.
- •Practical experience with server configuration, RAID systems, firmware updates, operating system installation, and basic networking.
- •Proficiency in technical documentation, service ticketing, asset management, and spare-parts tracking.
- •Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- •Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, meet service deadlines, and travel to client locations when required.
- •Relevant technical certifications, such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Server+, Dell, HPE, Lenovo, or Canon certifications, are an added advantage.
- •Experience in an enterprise IT support or managed services environment is an added advantage.
