- â˘Bachelorâs Degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine, or related field (postgraduate qualification is an advantage).
- â˘Minimum of 8 yearsâ experience in commercial poultry operations.
- â˘At least 5 years in a senior farm leadership role.
- â˘Proven experience managing 400,000+ broilers per cycle.
- â˘Strong knowledge of open-sided broiler farms and night operations.
- â˘Excellent leadership, analytical, and execution skills.
- â˘Willingness to travel across farm locations.
