📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- •At least five years of relevant experience in business operations, process improvement, business analysis, project management, or business systems.
- •Demonstrable experience developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, improving workflows, and implementing SOPs or operational controls.
- •Experience implementing or administering Zoho or a comparable ERP, CRM, or integrated business-management platform is highly desirable.
- •Practical understanding of workflow automation, reporting, and technology-driven process improvement.
- •Strong analytical, project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- •Ability to coordinate multiple teams, manage competing priorities, and drive execution.
- •Experience in fashion, bridal, retail, luxury, e-commerce, or another customer-focused business is an advantage.

- •The position is located in Lekki, Lagos State.
- •Salary: N300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
