📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- •Relevant professional certification (e.g.
- •COREN, NIOB, PMP, or equivalent) — MANDATORY.
- •Minimum of 8 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry.
- •Proficiency in planning software — Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project — MANDATORY.
- •Experience with high-rise structures and infrastructure projects — Added Advantage.
- •Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project lifecycles.
- •Experience in delay analysis and preparation of EOT claims — an advantage.
- •Excellent analytical, numerical, and report-writing skills.
- •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- •High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
