📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- •MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- •CFA, CAIA, or FRM certification preferred.
- •Minimum of 6–9 years of experience in fixed income portfolio management, treasury, asset management, or investment research.
- •Demonstrated experience managing institutional or client investment portfolios.
- •Experience within an asset management firm, investment bank, pension fund administrator, or financial institution is highly preferred.
- •Deep expertise in macroeconomic research, performance analytics, portfolio optimization, and risk mitigation techniques.
- •Proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, portfolio analytics platforms, financial modeling tools, and risk assessment frameworks.
- •Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to investment governance.

- •Talent Towers is recruiting to fill the position of: Head / Manager, Fixed Income.
- •The position is located in Lagos State.
- •Salary: N25,000,000 - N27,000,000 annually.
- •The successful candidate will provide investment leadership, identify market opportunities, manage client portfolios, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop innovative fixed income solutions that support the firm's growth objectives.
- •Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.
