š Requirements
- ā¢Bachelorās Degree / Higher National Diploma in Engineering-Mechanical (Production)/Chemical & Process/ Mechatronics Masterās in business administration is an added advantage.
- ā¢8-10 yearsā previous experience in continuous improvement/ manufacturing excellence role Professional/Academic/Technical qualification and Experience Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
- ā¢Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Strong management skills with ability to supervise multiple teams.
- ā¢Strict adherence to company standards and safety procedures.
