📋 Requirements
- •B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration or related field.
- •MBA / MHA is an added advantage.
- •5-7 years experience, preferably in hospital/healthcare setting.
- •Professional certification: CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- •Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and hospital HR operations.
- •Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- •High level of confidentiality, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
- •Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, and payroll systems.
