📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
- •2–4 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience.
- •Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- •Excellent attention to detail, record-keeping and problem-solving abilities.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and HR administration tools.
- •Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- •Professional HR certification, such as CIPM, SHRM or CIPD, is an advantage.
