📋 Requirements
- •B.Pharm, B.Sc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or another relevant scientific discipline.
- •5–8 years of relevant experience in quality assurance within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- •Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, CAPA, deviation management, change control, and validation.
- •Knowledge of NAFDAC requirements and applicable healthcare manufacturing regulations.
- •Experience managing quality audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- •Relevant GMP or Quality Management certification is an advantage.
- •Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- •High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to product quality and patient safety.
