📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- •5+ years of Fintech Experience Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- •Build and optimize high-performance APIs, microservices, and backend systems for fintech products.
- •Develop solutions for payment processing, transaction management, reconciliations, settlements, and financial reporting.
- •Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- •Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- •Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to ensure engineering excellence.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring minimal downtime.
