📋 Requirements
- •Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 3 years experience.
- •Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
- •Previous experience in fine dining or a high-end restaurant is strongly preferred.
- •Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
- •Excellent leadership, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- •Ability to manage teams, resolve operational challenges, and maintain high service standards.
- •Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of guest experience.
- •Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
- •Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- •Must live in or close to Chevron, Lekki, Lagos, and be able to commute conveniently to the restaurant.
