📋 Requirements
- •Master's Degree (MBA or MSc) in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- •A minimum of 10 years of progressive, verifiable experience in hotel management, business development, sales, and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- •Relevant professional certifications are mandatory (e.g., AHLEI, NIMN, CIM, or certifications in Hospitality Management, Business Development, or Operations).
- •Demonstrated experience in managing hotel operations, driving profitability, and achieving sales targets in a competitive hospitality market.
- •Strong knowledge of the Nigerian hospitality industry, including regulatory frameworks, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- •Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, lead cross-functional teams, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- •Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels.
