📋 Requirements
- •A relevant first degree in industrial or systems engineering, statistics, data science, health information management, health sciences, operations management, economics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- •Completion of NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable.
- •Minimum of 4 years' relevant experience in process analysis, operations improvement, performance management or healthcare analytics.
- •Demonstrated experience of process mapping and workflow redesign.
- •Experience working with operational data sets and producing analytical reports for management decision-making.
- •Evidence of at least one documented improvement project delivered with measurable outcomes.
- •Experience in a hospital or healthcare delivery setting, with working familiarity of patient flow, clinic scheduling or bed management.
