📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- •Minimum of 5–7 years' experience in warehouse, inventory, or logistics management, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
- •Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, stock reconciliation, and order fulfillment processes.
- •Experience using ERP systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- •Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- •Proven ability to lead warehouse teams and drive operational performance.
- •Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and inventory control best practices.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other warehouse reporting tools.
- •High level of integrity, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
- •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
