📋 Requirements
- •Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B).
- •Minimum of two (2) years post-qualification experience as a lawyer.
- •Strong experience in corporate and commercial law.
- •Excellent legal drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
- •Good knowledge of corporate compliance and legal documentation.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- •Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work under pressure.
- •Experience in financial services or regulatory compliance will be an added advantage.
- •Relevant postgraduate or professional qualifications are also desirable.
