- •and from a recognized university and called to the Nigerian Bar.
- •(BL) 2–4 years’ post-call experience, preferably in a law firm or financial institution.
- •Experience in contract drafting/review, legal research, and regulatory compliance.
- •Basic exposure to litigation/dispute management and corporate governance/company secretarial matters.
- •Strong legal drafting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with good attention to detail and confidentiality.
